Preschool Philosophy

Sts. Simon & Jude Early Childhood Center welcomes you to our preschool!

Located at 1625 Greentree Road in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, we are a Catholic based preschool program.  The purpose of our Early Childhood Program is to aid in the development and growth of each child.  We offer a variety of programs for children ages one to five.

Our programs enhance the growth of each child spiritually, mentally, physically, perceptually, socially and emotionally.  We prepare each child for future educational experiences as well as encouraging individual abilities and capabilities.  We provide a variety of opportunities to help nurture each child's total development. We have a safe, caring environment and employ a well-trained, experienced Early Childhood staff.

Your child will participate in a wide range of developmentally-appropriate activities and projects. Through this participation, your child will build self-confidence, self-esteem and a solid foundation of readiness skills.  We provide a positive initial start to school for children and their caregivers.
